Какавида, Pupa (ピューパ), ピューパ

The narrative revolves around siblings Yume and Utsutsu Hasegawa, who have been abandoned by their abusive parents and are now relying solely on each other for support. They become lost after being lured away by a group of beautiful red butterflies, which turn out to be the harbingers of an impending cannibalistic disaster. A mysterious virus known as Pupa is about to hatch, causing Yume to transform into a monstrous creature with an insatiable hunger for human flesh. Meanwhile, Utsutsu experiences only partial effects from Pupa and gains regenerative powers instead. Despite this, he remains committed to protecting his sister and the world from her destructive tendencies.
