At last, Seido High School has been given a chance to participate in the renowned Koshien Stadium Tournament. This is thanks to star player Gorilla Matsui, who has provided them with this opportunity. Principal Kocho is ecstatic about this news, but his excitement is short-lived when he learns that their first game will be against Gedo High School, known for their brutal record of killing all their opponents. This news causes Kocho to lose all hope for both his students' safety and their chances of winning the tournament.
