Green Leaves Entertainment is facing a tough situation as they lack talent. President Junko Tange decides to target the idol singer market and assigns Matsuda the task of finding a girl group to manage. However, since complete singing groups are rare, Matsudas now faces the challenge of discovering girls with the necessary skills who do not already have contracts in Japan's music industry. The lead singer at the maid café is deemed good enough, as well as one who was fired from another group and even a 13-year-old. Despite their initial lack of recognition on popular lists like A, B, or C, with dedication and effort, they may eventually gain popularity in Japan through WAKE UP, GIRLS!
