The video on the internet features two teenage boys named Nine and Twelve who call themselves "Sphinx." They challenge the police to stop them from causing destruction and mayhem across Tokyo. Despite the government's efforts, they remain elusive, leaving the public clueless about their motives. As a result, Detective Kenjirou Shibazaki is tasked with finding these terrorists. However, Nine and Twelve are not ordinary boys; they possess special abilities that allow them to manipulate technology and create chaos in Tokyo. Their actions lead to mass panic among the city's residents, making it difficult for the police to act effectively against them. Ultimately, their tragic past drives them to seek revenge on those who wronged them, leading to a devastating outcome for both Nine and Twelve and the people of Tokyo.
