Haneru Tobitatsu is a lively middle school student who loves dancing and looks up to his idol Jey El, the world's top dancer. After school, he secretly practices outside Memorial Hall every day. Unbeknownst to him, Rhythm, an online dance sensation known as Kanon Otosaki, observes his practice sessions from the same location. When Haneru discovers this, he becomes intrigued and wants to collaborate with her. As they join forces, they enter the world of street dancing and meet other talented individuals such as Kumonosuke, Mizuki, and Yuzuru. Together, they form "Tribe Cool Crew" and compete against tough opponents in pursuit of their shared dream: performing on stage alongside Jey El.
