A school trip turned disastrous when a high school class's cruise ship was wrecked at sea. Some survivors made it to a nearby island with its deserted buildings. The only inhabitants on the island were the girls who survived and one male student they all looked down upon due to his unattractive appearance. Soon after arriving, the girls experienced an intense sexual desire that couldn't be satisfied no matter what they did to themselves. They discovered it was caused by a virus that required male sperm as the cure. However, this cure was only temporary and if their lust continued uncontrolled, it would lead to death from cardiac arrest. The only man who could save them all was the very same man they shunned before being stranded on the island. Now the question is not whether Jutaijima will save them but what sexual measures he may take in order to do so.
