Nano Invaders follows the exciting journey of 11-year-old Hikaru, who becomes embroiled in a conflict between two alien races. One day, while trying on his classmate's bracelet, he transforms into a monster. Mimi's family is part of a special scouting unit from planet Anima, and they join forces with Hikaru to defend the city against invaders from rival planet Damon. The battle is broadcast live, making them instant celebrities. Although simple-minded, Hikaru is thrilled to realize his dream of becoming a hero, unaware that Mimi's family has ulterior motives for their actions on Earth.
