Jun Naruse is a talkative person who lives life with a sense of wonder and optimism. However, due to her strong belief in these tales, she can also be naive and trusting. This leads her to unintentionally reveal her father's affair, which causes tension within her family. As a result, Naruse is left feeling guilty for causing the divorce between her parents and develops a fairy egg that seals her mouth shut in order to protect everyone else's happiness.
Even in high school, Naruse still struggles with speaking due to the fairy egg. However, when she hears Takumi Sakagami singing beautifully, she begins to question whether the curse of the fairy egg applies to all forms of communication or only words. Perhaps Sakagami is the prince that Naruse has been searching for in her fairy tales.
Naruse must now decide if she can find the courage to sing and share her heart's anthem alongside Sakagami, Natsuki Nitou, and Daiki Tasaki.
