Seigi is a middle schooler with martial arts training who feels compelled to protect others. One day, while defending a homeless man against some punks, he receives a strange tattoo on his palm from the man. The tattoo is a secret weapon created during the arms race between America and Serinistan Kingdom. Suddenly, Seigi finds himself in danger when a powerful girl uses the same secret weapon to pursue him with violent intent. Despite his martial arts skills, will he be able to master the power of his tattoo before it's too late?
