Yui Komori, who is still being held captive by the Sakamaki brothers after her blood has been drained, experiences even more bizarre events in her life following her stay at their household. Despite being haunted by enigmatic dreams, she eventually deciphers their meaning when she gets involved in a car crash that leads to meeting four new vampires: the Mukami brothers, Ruki, Azusa, Kou, and Yuuma, who also capture her. Later on, Yui wakes up in the Mukami mansion where the brothers reveal their plans for her - they see her as their "Eve" and believe that her blood will help them find the "Adam" among themselves, giving them the power to rule the world. However, with the Sakamaki brothers hot on their heels, things may not go as smoothly as they had imagined.
