In Shibuya, there was once a series of gruesome murders called "New Generation Madness." These led to mass hysteria and a riot. A sudden earthquake destroyed the district while leaving surrounding areas unharmed. Six years later, mysterious deaths occurred in the newly rebuilt Shibuya. Takuru Miyashiro, a third-year student, discovers that the dates of these recent murders match those from the New Generation Madness incidents. He and his school newspaper club investigate further, only to become stranded at a new crime scene.
