A town mouse named Gamba embarks on an adventure to explore the ocean. During his journey, he encounters a troubled child mouse called Chuta who shares that her family and other mice have been killed by weasels living on an island nearby. Chuta seeks help from a group of brave ship mice but they abandon her when they learn that the culprit behind this tragedy is Noroi, the terrifying leader of the weasel clan. Despite seeing Chuta's hopelessness, Gamba vows to save the island, his family and other mice. With the help of his friends, he sets out on an adventure to defeat Noroi and his weasel clan.
