Maeda has recently moved into a new apartment on his own. as he was unpacking, chie satonaka, a middle school student, suddenly entered the room. she introduced herself as his new landlord, which surprised him since he had never seen such a young landlord before. his excitement increased when reiko shirai, who lived next door, also appeared and introduced herself as his neighbor. the anime series "ooyasan wa shishunki!" follows maeda's daily life with chie and reiko, where each day brings new opportunities for events to occur and relationships to form.
