Ikta Solork was once a carefree young man who only desired two things in life: companionship and rest. However, his peaceful existence was shattered when war erupted between the Katjvarna Empire and Kioka's Republic. Along with his childhood friend Yatorishino Igsem, he joined the army as military officers. During their journey to the military examination site on a boat, they encountered Matthew Tetojirichi, Torway Remion, and Haroma Becker. Unfortunately, their voyage was disrupted by a rogue storm that sank their ship, leaving them in enemy territory near a military outpost. There, they discovered that Princess Chamille Kitora Katjvanmaninik had been kidnapped. The group managed to rescue her, earning each of them the title of Imperial Knight-one of the highest honors bestowed upon soldiers. As a result, Ikta will have to put his dream of tranquility on hold and embrace his new role as a hero.

Tenkyou no Alderamin adapts the first 3 novels of Bokuto Unos light novel series of the same title. It also utilizes content from the 7th novel in the 5th episode.
