They utilized their summer break to participate in a camp led by their band advisor Noboru Taki and his professional musician friends. Kumiko Oumae and her peers remained committed to winning gold at Kansai, but faced challenges when a former member expressed interest in rejoining the band, stirring up unpleasant memories for the second-year students. Additionally, Kumiko learned about her teachers' surprising past and the motivation behind their drive to lead the band to victory. To reach nationals, the group would need to work diligently, and their unwavering commitment to the band would be put to the test.
