Akito Natsuki decides to spend his one month long summer holiday in his home town following the closure of his workplace for renovations. With no money and nothing to do, he chooses to relax. Upon returning home, he is greeted by Miyumi, his sister-in-law whom he once cared for, and Sayoko, who has always treated him like her own son. Although Akito tries to conceal his emotions as usual and act the role of the brother-in-law, a slip of the tongue reveals his true feelings. As a result, his relationships with Miyuki and Sayoko begin to develop once more, eventually leading to his deep involvement with them.
