Seven individuals including Shin Ichijou enroll at the Edel Rose training school with the goal of achieving fame as idol singers. They aspire to become the next Prism Stars and appear in future Prism Shows. However, their aspirations are threatened by an evil plan conceived by Jin Norizuki from rival school Schwarz Rose. Due to this, Over The Rainbow goes on indefinite hiatus, causing the three performers to part ways. In order to repay a significant debt, Kōji travels to Hollywood to produce film music. Kazuki embarks on a journey to rediscover his roots as a street-style performer. Meanwhile, Hiro undergoes specialized training in order to enhance his abilities as a Prism Star. Each member faces their own personal challenges as they strive to become true Prism Stars in different locations.
