Kurumi Mirai is currently attending Redrun Magic School, which is recognized by the International Mage League as the only institution that prepares mages for royal families. Despite being at the top of her class throughout junior high, she was unable to secure a spot in the Ma-gumi (Mage Class) when she applied for the high school section. However, she remains determined to improve her skills and become a mage candidate. In her class are other students who also aspire to become mages, including someone she admires. As for Minami Suzuki, she is a loyal mage who suddenly becomes Kurumi's homeroom teacher. This story follows Kurumi's journey towards self-improvement and growth as she navigates her way through the challenges of becoming a mage candidate.
