Hiroto Suwa and his wife Naho, along with their old high school classmates Takako Chino, Azusa Murasaka, and Saku Hagita, visit Mount Koubou to view the cherry blossoms. During sunset, they reflect on their friend Kakeru Naruse, who passed away 10 years ago. Moved by his memory, they decide to pay a visit to his old home. There, they learn about the circumstances of his death from his grandmother. Filled with regret, Suwa and his friends write letters to their 16-year-old selves in an attempt to find peace. With knowledge from the future letter, 16-year-old Suwa has the opportunity to alter the course of events. What choices will he make? How will this new future unfold?
