The Sanshu Middle School Hero Club has returned in Yuuki Yuuna wa Yuusha de Aru after fulfilling their destiny during its events. Members include Yuuna Yuuki, Karin Miyoshi, Fuu and Itsuki Inubouzaki, and a new hero named Sonoko Nogi. However, they notice that Mimori Tougou is missing, with no trace of her existence left except for the girls' memories. Despite having no leads on her whereabouts, the club regains its ability to transform and begins searching desperately for their lost friend. What they discover is more shocking than any of them could have imagined, leading to consequences that change life as they know it.
