Two New York police officers, Dee Laytner and Randy "Ryo" Maclane, are on vacation in England during which time Dee hopes to deepen their relationship. However, Ryo is unsure of his feelings for Dee and whether he should acknowledge them. Their trip takes a turn when several murders and missing person reports occur around the hotel, all victims being Japanese or of Japanese descent. As half-Japanese himself, Ryo fears becoming the next target. Thus, Dee and Ryo must work together to solve the case before it's too late.
