16-year-old Maika Sakuranomiya is determined to work part-time so she can afford to study abroad. However, despite her friendly demeanor, her job applications are consistently rejected due to an unintentional menacing look when she smiles. After another failed interview, Maika discovers Café Stile, a coffee shop where the servers roleplay distinct characteristics while interacting with customers. The Italian store manager, Dino, is immediately drawn to Maikas cuteness and offers her a job as a waitress with a sadistic nature. Despite being clumsy, she successfully serves two masochistic customers according to her new persona. Alongside Kaho Minata as the tsundere and Mafuyu Hoshikawa as the younger sister, Maika decides to embrace her unique quirk and secure her position in the cafe through merciless cruelty.
