A being tends to a tree that provides bountiful rewards in return, despite not anticipating them. The plant flourishes throughout time and nourishes those around it until it completes its cycle with its caregiver. This is described in "A Minna no Uta" by Ann Sally for the NHK Heart Exhibition.
