Yuuto Matsubara is a 27-year-old salesman at a large toy company. Despite his job, he can't follow his passions and feels empty daily. He has also lost hope of reconciling with his childhood sweetheart, Ai. One day, without his consent, a "Time Driver" robot powered by dreams appears before him. Inside it's a younger version of himself, aged 12 years old.
