In 2013, a massive zombie outbreak occurred worldwide. As night fell, humanity waged a large-scale battle against the undead hordes. The end seemed imminent, but just as dawn approached, a glimmer of hope emerged from the flames. Despite their shattered faiths and ashes buried in the raging fire, a newborn hope was born once again.

Mo Ri Shu Guang is an adaptation of the Chinese web novel, originally titled 2013, written by Fei Tian Ye Xiang (非天夜翔).
