The story takes place in Tokyo on January 29th, 2030. A mysterious high-frequency resonance is detected near the city, causing a red fog to envelop it. People and animals alike who hear the sound pass out, losing consciousness. After six days, those affected wake up as if nothing had happened. However, Tokyo's sealed-off sections gradually return to normal. Following this event, strange occurrences begin to happen in the city. Meanwhile, young people discover their hidden powers by becoming "vessels of wisdom blood." Guided by an unknown force, they meet and communicate with each other, facing a circle of fate that requires them to sacrifice themselves for the greater good.
