Takuya started his medical internship at the hospital on the first day. During his training, he met Mio for the first time in many years. She was now working as a nurse and showed him around. One day, while protecting her from falling down the stairs, Takuya broke his right arm and left leg. His residency was put on hold while he was hospitalized. Mio felt responsible for the accident and took care of him in her ward. To cheer her up, Takuya suggested that she could take care of him whenever she had free time, which she readily agreed to. This is the beginning of a love story between a medical intern and a nurse who went above their duties to care for him.
