The special prologue episode of Inazuma Eleven: Ares no Tenbin series is a reinterpretation of episode 27. Following their victory over Zeus and becoming Football Frontier champions, the members of Raimon return to the soccer club. Unlike in the original episode, there are no alien invasions this time. Instead, everyone congratulates the team for their impressive achievements. Kidou Yuuto and Gouenji Shuuya then propose a challenge to take on the world. Hibiki Seigou unexpectedly joins in and suggests a match between Raimon and the Spanish youth league champion, Barcelona Orb.
