The Asian small-clawed otter "fairy baby" debuted as a mascot character on December 15, 2017. This genderless character wears the turtle character Kame-chan on their head and is based on a real-world female pet otter of the same name who gained a significant social media following and became an honorary tourism ambassador for Susaki City in Kochi, Japan.
