On February 29th, 2000, Möbius meteorites landed on Earth, introducing a new type of matter called Möbius Dust. This dust spread throughout the atmosphere and resulted in an extraordinary event. The day of the meteorite fall became known as "2.29," which exacerbated economic inequality in Japan. As a result, the Bloody War Alliance emerged, unhappy with this disparity, and began committing acts of terrorism. In response, the police formed the anti-RC special mobile unit and established a joint anti-RC training school to prepare its members for action.
