Natsuna Kunugi is a university student in Tokyo who travels to Kumamoto after being unable to contact friends affected by earthquakes. She meets people with kindness and individuality, including Izumi, a junior high school student. This leads to a touching tale of growth and self-discovery.

This anime is all about the Kumamoto prefecture. The project is produced by Kumamoto prefecture, in an effort to boost their image and arouse tourist interest.
