In World War II, Nazi Germany attempted to enhance their soldiers using technology influenced by vampiric biology. This development caused concern among Allied forces, as they believed it could shift the balance of power in favor of the Axis powers. Sir Arthur Hellsing, fearful of this potential threat, recruited his butler and soldier Walter C. Dornez, along with the vampire Alucard, to thwart Germany's plans. As a result, these two men were sent on a mission that would leave them emotionally scarred for life.
