According to Waffle's visual novel, Sakonji Seiichi lives next door to Maki Sanjou. She is described as having both beauty and intelligence. One night, while observing her from the veranda, Seiichi sees Maki engaging in self-pleasure. When confronted about it, she confesses that she enjoys being a "dirty girl" and humorously propositions Seiichi to become her sex slave.
