Detective Itsuru Hazama was hired by Professor Tani to investigate the theft of cyborg parts. During his investigation, he encountered Sachiko Yokogawa, who had become involved with a new love interest from the Biotecho Corp., following her previous relationship with 8 Mans original love interest. Amidst an urban environment filled with cyber-junkies causing chaos, this new 8 Man will fight against criminals in a more aggressive manner after Hazama was fatally wounded by an unknown cyborg.
