A.D. Police (TV)  

In Bubblegum Crisis Tokyo 2040, A.D., the police department is responsible for managing rogue AI systems known as "Boomers" in Mega-Tokyo. Officer Kenji Sasaki faces a significant challenge when one of his colleagues is killed by a rabid Boomer. The day after he's sent off duty, he receives a new partner, Hans Kleif from Germany. However, before they can work together effectively, Kenji must confront the fact that he accidentally punched Hans in a bar the night prior to their assignment. Aside from dealing with the daily challenges of controlling Boomers, Kenji now has to learn how to collaborate with his new partner.
