In the second series following Raoh's defeat by Kenshiro, a new rival emerges - the Gentou Kouken warriors led by Falco, successor to the Gentou Kouken. These warriors are under the command of an evil ruler named Jacko, who claims to be chosen by the Tentei and orders his subordinates to capture all living beings in order to build up his Imperial Capital. Kenshiro reappears and puts a stop to Jacko's tyranny. Meanwhile, Lynn is captured and taken to the land of the Shura, where only ruthless fighters exist. In order to rescue Lynn and escape with his life, Kenshiro must pursue the captor and defeat the three Rasho of the land.
