The "Surgeon with the Hands of God," also known as Black Jack, is an enigmatic young Japanese physician renowned for his prodigious surgical abilities. Despite being highly respected and admired by many, he faces widespread disdain from the medical community due to his nonconformity and exorbitant fees. Accompanying him on his global travels is Pinoko, a child whom he brought into existence through a unique tumor called teratoma, who insists upon being recognized as his wife.
