In this escapade, Lupin III attempts to delete information pertaining to him from the global police database. During his quest, he encounters Ultravirus, a malicious computer program that commands all other viruses. The whereabouts of Ultravirus are only known to a young child. Simultaneously, Lupin III pilfered the Statue of Liberty in search of a diamond as large as a football, which is rumored to be concealed within it. It seems that there is some connection between the diamond and Ultravirus.
