James McGuire possesses an aspiration to become the president of Guinam and liberate his people from the oppressive military rulers that have governed them until now. However, one obstacle stands in his path: his past. It seems as though his history is beginning to catch up with him, putting not only his career but also the life of his long-lost daughter at risk.
