A group of researchers, including two daughters named Amitie and Kirie, remain on the dying planet Eltria with their husband Granz in hopes of discovering a way to revive it. However, when Granz falls ill, it appears that their dream may be impossible to achieve. Disregarding her sisters' wishes, Kirie embarks on a journey with her childhood friend Iris to seek assistance from an alternate world located in Japan on Earth. There, they encounter Nanoha, Fate, and Hayate who hold the key to regenerating their planet.
Mahou Shoujo Lyrical Nanoha: Reflection was released on Blu-ray and DVD in Japan on April 11, 2018.
