The most recent captain tsubasa film centers on the confrontation between japan and holland in a match. despite losing two prior games to this seemingly unbeatable rival, the japanese team's morale is at an all-time low, with even injured star player hyuga feeling desperate. in an attempt to bolster their chances of victory, management pleads with wakabayashi (residing in germany) and tsubasa (living in brazil) to return and assist the struggling team. however, both players refuse, leaving japan's confidence at its lowest point. it is only during the second half of the third game that tsubasa finally appears, providing much-needed support and restoring the team's confidence and strength. with ozora once again serving as captain, japan emerges victorious in the final match with a score of 11:1.
