The relationship between childhood friends Rouma and Tamaki goes beyond friendship as they engage in sexual activity together. Despite not being lovers, their bond is strong enough to cause tension when Tamaki becomes angry with Rouma for not using contraception during their encounter. Due to their shared club membership, they are forced to meet again, but their cold demeanors suggest that the rift between them has not been fully resolved. Yuuri attempts to mend their friendship, but her feelings towards Rouma become apparent when she confesses her love for him. As a result, they engage in a romantic relationship, but it is unclear if this will be the end of their journey together.
