Anpanman discovers an unusual young girl who originates from beyond our planet. It's revealed that this child is Kokin-chan, Dokin-chans younger sibling, who came to Earth for amusement purposes. Notably, Kokin-chan possesses the ability to fake tears and uses it as a tool to evade consequences resulting from her misbehavior.
