Dr. Oki, a brilliant scientist who created a revolutionary submarine model called "Super 99," has gone missing. His son, Susumu, believes that there's a sinister plot behind his father's disappearance and suspects it involves an unknown group known as the Helmet Party. He possesses all the information about his father's submarine, including its equipment, weapons, functions, and capacity. Susumu is convinced that finding Dr. Oki will expose the secret organization and put a stop to their nefarious scheme. With assistance from his friends and the Marine Corps, Susumu embarks on an underwater mission, unaware of the dangers he may face.
