On one occasion, Nobita encounters an unusual entity resembling a whirlwind that originated from another region but was blown into their neighborhood due to a recent typhoon in the area. He names it Fuuko. Later on, he, Doraemon and their companions journey to a remote location using the Anywhere Door. There, they discover information about the Wind and Storm Villages and learn of Fuukos true nature. However, Nobita and his friends soon find themselves facing challenges as Nobuo, who has been controlled by the spirit of the former leader of the Storm Villages, poses a threat to Fuuko.
