A group of ninjas plans to bring back a strong demon, and when its spirit is combined with its body again, the whole world will be destroyed. To stop this from happening, Shion, a shrine maiden, must permanently seal it away. Naruto Uzumaki has been assigned to protect her, but there's one problem: Shion can predict death, and she has seen that Naruto's demise is approaching soon. In order to avoid his own fate, Naruto decides to challenge the prophecy in an attempt to safeguard Shion and save the world.
