The discovery of the magic book with powerful and sensuous abilities occurred twelve years ago by Minase. Initially owned by female student Takashiro, who along with other inquisitive students established the first magic club on campus. The group used erotic spells for favors and vengeance. However, after underestimating its power, Takashiro was eliminated from the picture, leading to a new leader guiding the club towards a darker path that would put school newcomer Kitami in a dire situation.

Black Bible Gaiden was released on DVD on June 24, 2003 by Kitty Media. The OVA has been dubbed in English by Perfect Sound Studios, in French, and in Spanish by K2000.
