Negadon: The Monster from Mars, 惑星大怪獣　ネガドン

In the future, Earth's population has grown beyond sustainable levels, leading humanity to search for new habitable worlds. Mars, after being terraformed, becomes a potential new home. However, upon returning from Mars, a Japanese spacecraft crashes on a Tokyo street, releasing an enormous monster known as Negadon. The only person capable of stopping this threat is Dr. Narasaki and his robot companion Miroku.
