Since the Ginza Incident several months ago, tensions between the Empire and JSDF have intensified in the "Special Region" over peace negotiations. As global powers become increasingly curious about the technological limitations of the magical realms' archaic civilizations, reports are emerging about their greed. Meanwhile, Lieutenant Youji Itami and his group of female admirers face political intrigue at the Empire's court as they try to convince Princess Piña Co Lada that the JSDF has no intention of conquering their kingdom. With pressure coming from both sides through the Gate, Itami must consider drastic measures to fulfill his mission.
