Prince Arslan and his companions continue on their journey towards Ecbatana as they seek to regain control of the city. However, upon receiving news that Turan is launching an attack against Peshawar Citadel, the prince must turn back in order to defend the fortress. During this battle, an unexpected visitor appears amidst the invading forces. As Arslan returns to Peshawar, Prince Hermes takes a detour from his ongoing conflict with his cousin to search for the legendary sword Rukhnabad. After discovering the blade, it is stolen by the Temple Knights of Lusitania, prompting the masked warrior to pursue them relentlessly. Meanwhile in Ecbatana, King Andragoras III seizes an opportunity and begins making his move against the Parsian royal family. The separate factions within the Parsian royal conflict clash as Arslan's right to the throne comes under attack. Despite facing numerous obstacles, the young prince and his loyal band of warriors charge forward in a determined effort to restore Pars to its former glory.
